A couple changes: Proboard Message Board, calendar access

I have abandoned the Proboards.com Message Board that was set up about a year ago. It was underutilized and sometimes ran adds that were contrary to keeping a local focus on the game (online game sellers and so forth). It is still up for the next day or so while the site is deleted from their system.

The Calendar of Events has been relocated to the very top of the Blog where everyone should be able to see it, no matter what browser they are using.
